Cascade Clamp - Cascade Manufacturing Company was founded in Portland, Oregon in 1943. They began as a small machine shop at first employing 4 people. Product sales for their first year of operation totaled sixty thousand dollars. The very first recorded sales revenues involved the machining and assembly of stainless-steel valves, pipe fittings and different parts. During 5 years of operation, the business had stretched to forty workers and their annual sales volume had risen to three hundred thirty thousand dollars. Now, Cascade is amongst the top worldwide producers within the material handling trade.

1959 in Springfield, Fort Worth a second manufacturing facility was built. The year 1960 marked Cascade's preliminary transfer into the global world of the material handling industry while the business recognized interest in the Netherlands, England, and Australia.
In the year 1964, the company altered its name to the Cascade Corporation. Afterward in the year 1965, the company went public with an initial offering of 200,000 shares of common stock. Since then the company has expanded its manufacturing facilities throughout the continental US to the places Warner Robins Georgia to go along with its already existing plants in Portland, Oregon and Springfield, Fort Worth. Cascade merchandise are manufactured internationally thanks to a lot of subsidiary operations. In the year 1944, a brand new plant was completed in Almere, the Netherlands which is Cascade's European head office. This facility is made to be the essential customer service centre.
Continuing to develop, Cascade expanded their product offering further in 1996 and the year 1997 with the impressive acquisition of 5 companies, including the international leader in forks, the Kenhar Corporation.
